Checking out Little India, and having late night yamcha at a mamak's stall near Masjid Jamek. The roti canai is pretty awesome! I love the roti canai but without the eggs, i can't take anything that looks slimy. Hahaha. Av calls it breakfast for champions! LOL! ;p

Natrah
The long awaited Natrah.
I was really super excited to go! It wasn't my first time going though (the last theatre I saw was Les Miserables back in 1998 maybe. LOL!), but the fact that it was my first time in Istana Budaya, makes it a lot cooler! ;p
If you guys don't really know what's the story behind it (which i doubt so). Here's a snippet.
The Maria Hertogh riots or Nadrah riots, began on 11 December 1950 in Singapore after a court decided that a child who had been raised by Muslims should be returned to her biological Christian parents. A protest by outraged Muslims escalated into a riot when images were published showing 13-year-old Maria Hertogh (or Bertha Hertogh) kneeling before a statue of the Virgin Mary. Rioting in Singapore lasted till noon on 13 December, 1950. In total 18 people were killed and 173 injured. Many properties were also damaged.
Maya Karin played Natrah, and they had a bunch of famous Malaysian actors and actresses as well. Such as Susan Lancaster, Umie Aida, Sofia Jane, Remy Ishak, Aaron Aziz, Liyana Jasmay and loads more. Of course I came for MAYA KARIN! She's such a sweetheart! The show was superb! After the show, they had a signing session, but sadly i couldn't snap a pic with her, cause they had to go back early!! Curses! But i did manage to snap a pic of her! ;p

Happy Anniversary! :)
I've not been updating much in a while, so here goes. LOL. A few weeks back it was our 1st Year Anniversary and we decided to have a buffet dinner at Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel. It was my first time going there. They had some pretty awesome selections too. Sushi, Steak, Pasta, Local Delicacies and of course desserts! The chef even grilled some lamb chops for us even though it wasn't on the menu that night. Lucky us! After that, we went for a midnight movie watching Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows. Superb day it was! :)
Thank You Av, for an awesome night! Let's do it agaiiiiiiiiinnn! ;p

Babycakes Sweet Shoppe :)
I got some Macaroons today! I've always wanted to try some but never really knew where to get some. So a few days ago I Google-ed and found this place called BabyCakes Sweet Shoppe in Jalan Tun Razak. They have a small shop at the lobby of a Hotel selling these cute macaroons! I couldn't decide which one so I had to try all the flavours. There are 8 flavours to choose from.
It was okay for me..
This is definitely my fave! Cause it has a bitter plus sweet taste, great combo! must try :)
Green Tea Flavor (RM 2.50 each)
Not really my cup of tea.
Caramel Flavor (RM 2.20 each)
Quite nice, has a nutty taste to it :)
Orange Blossom Flavor (RM 2.50 each)
I don't really like orange flavour stuff so this really didn't do it for me...
Black Sesame Flavor (RM 2.20 each)
I was not too sure on how it tastes like. Kinda weird for me.
Strawberry Flavor (RM 2.50 each)
I was soo looking forward to this flavour but it was disappointing, not what i had expected. But overall it was ok.
Red Velvet Flavor (RM 2.50 each)
This was awesome! I loved every bite! ;)
Thank u to av for bringing me! ;p.
